Welcome to sarafalveyyoga! I teach Iyengar Inspired Yoga in a beautiful studio in Salthill, Galway. I alo teach a Kids Yoga class on Thursday afternoons for children aged 6 and upwards. During the summer, I run Kids Yoga & Art Summer camps. I also work as a Primary School Teacher at Galway Educate Together, and teach yoga extensively to the children here as part of the school curriculum. I am passionate about bringing yoga and wellbeing to both adults and children in the Galway community.
