Bay Area Yoga

Bay Area Yoga. A call to action, to inner purpose and spaciousness. Yoga is a huge part of who I am, and something that I can never imagine not doing. It has been a calling for close to 17 years. I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and I have taught for 14 years and I never cease to be amazed at what a ‘powerful agent of self-enquiry it can be’.
